EP Advisors assists organizations and other professional firms in the management of their human resources activities.  Founded in 2004, and based in the New York metropolitan area, the firm serves clients of all sizes, ranging from small and mid-sized closely held businesses to large global corporations with specialized human resources needs.

The firm's major areas of focus include:

• Human Resources Consulting - providing support and/or specialized projects to organizations in all areas of human resources management

• Strategic Consulting Services - providing services to organizations undergoing strategic transitions (such as mergers, acquisitions, growth, turnaround, bankruptcy) in the areas of compliance and human resources

• Employment Litigation Support - providing support to law firms and in-house counsel in the area of workplace investigations, training, and expert witness services

Our professionals are typically at the Master's Degree level, have their J.D., or are certified human resources professionals. They are typically leaders in their respective areas of expertise and are committed to the profession.

All of our assignments receive a full spectrum of support ranging from junior level human resources work all the way to highly sophisticated strategic and compliance work. We work in a variety of formats, either onsite or virtually, including Retainer, Project, or Hourly depending upon the needs of our clients.
