Employment Practices Advisors human resources consultants are available as experts in human resources and employee relations practices.

The use of expert witnesses to consult and testify regarding the adequacy of policies, training, investigations, and/or corrective action in employment practices lawsuits is a growing trend across the country. The Supreme Court’s decision in Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 509 U.S. 579 (1993), and Federal Rule of Evidence 702 permit expert opinion testimony as long as it "will assist the trier of fact to understand the evidence or to determine a fact in issue . . . ."

An employment practices expert must understand both the law and have experience in employment practices issues. EP Advisors’ consultants are experts in these areas. They have performed hundreds of investigations, provided thousands of hours of training, reviewed countless policies, and some of them are experienced attorneys.  In addition, they possess the credentials necessary to be considered experts in the field.
